Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Student Intern – Employee Engagement & Activities to support our Property Management team. This internship is ideal for students who enjoy organizing activities, building positive workplace culture, and supporting communication and engagement initiatives. The intern will assist in coordinating employee engagement programs, on-site activities, and internal communication projects across our property management portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement activities for property management staff (e.g., team events, recognition activities, staff appreciation, festive events).
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and schedules for on-site activities across buildings.
  • Support the rollout of wellness, CSR, and community-building initiatives.
  • Prepare internal announcements, event invitations, posters, and communication materials (Thai/English).
  • Help manage internal communication channels: LINE groups, bulletin boards, email updates, etc.
  • Gather employee feedback and support simple engagement surveys.
  • Assist the Property Management team with administrative tasks, data updates, and documentation.
  • Support internal meetings (agenda preparation, minutes, coordination).
  • Help monitor engagement activities across sites and track participation or impact.
  • Work closely with building managers and site teams to coordinate activities.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image while representing the company at events.
  • Support any additional tasks assigned by the Property Management leadership team.


Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality Only
  • Current university student (Business, HR, Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field).
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Creative, energetic, and people-oriented.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to multitask, work well with teams, and adapt to various on-site environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.) is a plus.
